Harley Thomas is a sales and marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience helping B2B, B2C, DTC, dealer/wholesale, retail, and eCommerce businesses grow profitably. He has led both sales and marketing teams in roles from VP of Sales & Marketing to Sr. Channel Manager, with experience driving growth in companies from $2M founder-led businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises. Harley focuses on EBITDA expansion by pairing revenue levers with operating discipline: stronger sales execution, new product development, channel expansion, new customer acquisition, product-line extensions, and value-chain efficiencies that protect margin and cash.
His background covers engineered products, appliances, consumer packaged goods, durable consumer products, outdoor/sporting goods, and freeze-dried pet food. He has guided growth and commercial strategy in global enterprises, nimble mid-market companies, and mission-driven nonprofits.
Recognized for GTM execution and digital transformation, Harley has spoken at industry events and facilitated executive roundtables. He earned an MBA and a BS in Business Administration from Marquette University.
