Harley Thomas is a go-to-market and revenue leader with more than 25 years of experience helping B2B, B2C, B2B2C, DTC, dealer, and eCommerce companies grow profitably. As the Founder of GTM Team, he partners with founders, investors, and executives to design and execute commercial strategies that drive measurable results.

He has led sales, marketing, and customer experience teams across businesses ranging from $2M founder-led startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, delivering growth through stronger sales execution, new product development, channel expansion, and operating discipline that protects margin and cash.

Harley brings a unique depth in go-to-market execution across multiple industries, including engineered products, appliances, consumer goods, outdoor/sporting goods, and pet products. His cross-industry experience enables him to quickly recognize commercial patterns while understanding the nuances that make each business unique. He applies proven, battle-tested GTM frameworks as a foundation - then builds custom playbooks from the ground up to help teams scale faster and avoid costly missteps.

Known for his commercial clarity and people-first leadership, Harley builds high-performing teams that deliver both top-line and EBITDA growth. Recognized for driving GTM execution and digital transformation, he has spoken at industry events and facilitated executive roundtables.

He earned an MBA and BS in Business Administration from Marquette University and is active in the Milwaukee startup community, collaborating with accelerator networks such as gener8tor to support early-stage founders.
